Our Wines from Burgundy and Chablis
The Chardonnay is used in these regions to produce some of the longest lived finest white wines in the world. The other grape varieties permitted are the Aligoté, which produces a very dry white Burgundy, and the Sauvignon Blanc but this is only under the appellation of Saint-Bris. We are proposing to you here a large selection of great white Burgundies among which you will find wines ranging from, in the north, a Chablis Premier Cru to a Bourgogne Blanc from the Côte Chalonnaise in the south.
