Dry Wine
Sweet Wine

This indicator represents the perceived style from the driest to the sweetest.  Sometimes two wines can have the same quantity of residual sugar but taste differently according to the grape used.  “A” is the driest like a Muscadet and “E” the sweetest like a Sauternes.

Viré and Clessé are two villages in the Mâconnais , so this white wine’s provenance is self-explanatory! Made by one of the most respected family domaines in the village of Uchizy, this wine is light but has a gentle creaminess to it and has a remarkable long grapey “finish”. A good dinner party wine without breaking the bank.
