This indicator represents the perceived style from the driest to the sweetest. Sometimes two wines can have the same quantity of residual sugar but taste differently according to the grape used. “A” is the driest like a Muscadet and “E” the sweetest like a Sauternes.

This wine is a gem. In our view, En Remilly is the best of the white wines from the Saint-Aubin appellation. This example is decidedly underpriced for its quality and compares most favourably with wines from “greater” or well-known producers. This is very fine wine by any standards, with a subtle balance of oak and fine minerally white Burgundy flavours. Great to impress your guests without breaking the bank.
