Chinon, Saumure-Champigny, Bourgueil
Les vins du Val de Loire se répartissent sur un vignoble comprenant 14 départements qui doit son développement aux rois de France séduits par la douceur de vivre au bord du fleuve. Parmi, les appellations renommées Chinon, Saumure-Champigny, Bourgueil sont très appréciés des amateurs de vins rouges légers au caractère affirmé. Le bourgueil et le Saumur Champigny sont en bouche plus corsés et fruités que le Chinon. Ces vins souvent consommés jeunes auront avantage à être conservés 4 à 8 ans en cave. Les vignobles de Loire produisent des vins très qualitatifs dont nous vous proposons une sélection à déguster avec volailles, viandes blanches ou abats.
