Dry Wine
Sweet Wine

This indicator represents the perceived style from the driest to the sweetest.  Sometimes two wines can have the same quantity of residual sugar but taste differently according to the grape used.  “A” is the driest like a Muscadet and “E” the sweetest like a Sauternes.

An excellent everyday wine made through the combined expertises of Schÿler and Barton, two of the great winemaking families in Bordeau. This fresh wine is made entirely from sauvignon grapes grown on near perfect argilo-calcaire (chalky/clay) soil. A fine testament as a classy white Bordeaux whitout breaking the bank!
