This indicator represents the perceived style from the driest to the sweetest. Sometimes two wines can have the same quantity of residual sugar but taste differently according to the grape used. “A” is the driest like a Muscadet and “E” the sweetest like a Sauternes.

Considering the warmth in this region close to the Rhône, it is remarkable that such a wine can remain so fresh. A medium wright dry white made from Roussanne, Grenache Blanc and Vermentino with an aroma reminiscent of white flowers and citric fruits. A good accompaniment to spicier food such as Indian food.
