Dry Wine
Sweet Wine
This indicator represents the perceived style from the driest to the sweetest. Sometimes two wines can have the same quantity of residual sugar but taste differently according to the grape used. “A” is the driest like a Muscadet and “E” the sweetest like a Sauternes.
At Château de Chasseloir there are five hectares of vines that are more than 100 years old. These grapes are picked by hand, and the wine has its lees stirred in tank for 9 to 10 months and finally it is aged for at least two years in bottle so as to create this very special cuvée. Dry but with body and complexity: fab!.
