This indicator represents the perceived style from the driest to the sweetest. Sometimes two wines can have the same quantity of residual sugar but taste differently according to the grape used. “A” is the driest like a Muscadet and “E” the sweetest like a Sauternes.
The blend of 45% Clairette, 35% Grenache Blanc and 20% Bourboulenc in stainless steel and then aged in new oak, has created here a lively fresh yet spicy and dry style, perfect to go with lighter meats such as chicken or summery foods. Serve well chilled for optimum enjoyment!
